We bought this to be able to play dvds from other countries sure saved my hide. I bought some dvds for xmas for my wife and now she can play them it automatically switches regions-love it

the residents seem to be enjoying the on thing we are having some difficultylearning with replay that was one of the top reasons for our decision. we get it sometimes but I am sure its something we are not doing each time.

I replaced an old DVR with this Blue Ray player. I use it to play pre recorded discs. It is way smaller than my old unit and was very easy to hook up. The picture/sound is very clear and the price was reasonable. I have not tried the streaming feature because I already use a Roku for that purpose.

I have an older TV so I needed my blu ray player to be smart and be able to stream my apps. But this one didnt have the apps I needed and no way to add them. So I returned it.

this device was broken when bought new and your service refused to replace it. I demand that someone contact me and replace this device. the rj445 ethernet jack has been broken since purchase it has never been able to receive internet. and I need it REPLACED

I regret this purchase. Isnt able to connect with wifi. Must have actual ethernet connection. I Cant even connect it in the bedroom cuz no ethernet port. Highly disappointed.

I needed to replace a Blu-ray player that died and my 2 older Samsung players have distortion now. The picture is great and so far so good. I had to return a previous LG because the setup box kept popping up and insisted on a LAN cable. I had a HDMI cable. So far my player works great. I just needed a player for my DVDs/

I thought this unit had L/R audio outputs. My old LG player had L/R audio outputs that I ran to my Sherwood stereo receiver and then from my receiver to my tv. I know my tv 6 years old but I still love it and my stereo receiver. I ran an hdmi cable from this blu ray player to an hdmi switcher and then to my tv. guess I should have paid more attention to the photo of the back of the player on the BestBuy site. Player works well. Good pic quality.
